WHERMS, The City of Ocoee deeply appreciates and values the work and commitment of our
instructional staff of Orange County, Florida, and worldwide; and
WHERMS, The vision of Orange County Public Schools is to be the top producer of successful
students in the nation. This is dependent upon classroom achievement; and
WHEREM, Teachers are the single most important factor in the classroom to help their
students achieve to the best ability of each; and
WHERMS, Teaching is a profession that requires continual updating of self - knowledge, the
ability and desire to impart that knowledge, creativity, patience, and persistence;
and
WHERE�4aS, Wesides parents, teachers are the single most influential individuals in the lives of
our students and their future success; and
WHEREAS, The success of students and public education is the basis of a free and strong
society.
