Subject: Reappointments to Board of Adjustment (3 -year terms). •
Background Summary:
Ordinance No. 516 on September 15, 1970, created the Board of Adjustment to hear and decide appeals for
administrative review, to hear and recommend to the City Commission variances to zoning ordinances. This
Board consists of five (5) regular members and two (2) alternate members. There are no applications currently
on file.
The three -year terms of Robert Cadle, Bob Colburn, and Edward Wrobel ends May 2015. All members have
indicated their willingness to serve another term, if reappointed.
Issue:
Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners consider reappointing Robert Cadle, Bob Colburn and
Edward Wrobel to serve another three -year term on the Board of Adjustment ending May 2018?
Recommendations
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners consider reappointing Robert Cadle, Bob
Colburn and Edward Wrobel to serve another three -year term on the Board of Adjustment ending May 2018.
