CANCELLATION OF APRIL 2, 1991 REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING
Several weeks ago it was determined that the majority of the City
Commission wished to not have a commission meeting on April 2,
1991, due to the Easter Hol idays. To this end, I have checked
the possible agenda i terns and find only one issue that might
cause some concern if not discussed in a timely manner, that
being the City Hall/Police Department Bond Issue.
In discussing this with william R. Hough & Associates, it is
their finding that very minor changes to the interest rate should
occur between April 2, 1991 and April 16, 1991. However, if a
major change occurs in the interest rate during that period of
time, we must be prepared to hold a special meeting to save us
money.
With the caveat discussed
