III. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine
by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion.
There will b~ no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is
desired by a member of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will
instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and
such item will be considered separately.
A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of Regular Commission Meeting of
December 17, 1991, and Workshop of December 17, 1991.
B. Acceptance, Approval and Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to
Execute Amendment to the Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Agreement with
Orange County Property Appraiser.
C. Approval and Authorization for a Time Extension to January 2, 1993 for
Starke Lake Joint Venture, Developer, to hold a Pre-Construction
Conference for the Oaks at Starke Lake Development.
D. Approval and Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to Execute the
Final Plat of Whitehill, Phase One.
E. Approval and Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to Execute the
Developer's and Homeowners' Association Agreement for Street Lighting
for Whitehill Subdivision.
F. Approval and Acceptance of Wesmere Village 4 - Final Engineering.
