III. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be
routine by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by
one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless
discussion is desired by a member of the Commission, in which case the
Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent
Agenda and such item will be considered separately.
A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of Regular Commission Meeting of
February 47 1992.
B. Acceptance and Authorization for Peace River Outboard Association to
Hold Annual Boat Races on Starke Lake on April 11 and 12, 1992.
C. Approval and Authorization for Staff to Prepare, and for Mayor and
City Clerk to Execute, a Change Order in an Amount Not-to-Exceed
$18,000 for Clarke Road Signs.
D. Approval and Authorization to Execute the Redrafted Non-Ad Valorem
Assessment Agreement with the Orange County Tax Collector.
E. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Mill
Creek Village (Wesmere, Village 3) - Final Plat.
F. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute
Agreement with Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc. for
Engineering Services for the Basin Drainage Inventory and Study.
G. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Work
Order No.1 for $33,560 with Reimbursables Not-to-Exceed $1,250 with
Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc. for NPDES Permit
Application (Part 1).
H. Approval and Authorization to Request Bidding on Wastewater Treatment
