III. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be
routine by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by
one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless
discussion is desired by a member of the Commission, in which case the
Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent
Agenda and such item will be considered separately.
A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of Regular Commission Meeting of
'-' April 21, 1992.
B. Approval and Authorization to Execute Withers-Maguire House Work
Order No.4, Construction Documents - Phase I, for Yeilding and
Provost in the amount of $8,800.
C. Approval and Authorization to Execute GIS Contract for Continuing
Software Support for our GIS System.
D. Approval and Authorization for the Use of $900 of Law Enforcement
Trust Fund (forfeited money) for Specialized Training Class in
Firearms for 3 Police Personnel.
E. Approval and Authorization to Execute Contract with Sunshine
Building and Development Corporation in the amount of $18,450 for
Manhole Replacement - Jessica Lea Lane.
