All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be
routine by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by
one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless
discussion is desired by a member of the Commission, in which case the
Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent
Agenda and such item will be considered separately.
A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of Regular Commission Meeting of
Kay 5, 1992, and Workshop Keeting held Kay 12, 1992.
B. Approval and Authorization to Use Forfeiture Funds to Purchase an
Audible Vehicle Alarm and Tint the Windows on an Undercover Vehicle.
C. Approval and Authorization to Execute Municipal Storm Sewer System
Permit Interlocal Agreement with Orange County.
D. Approval and Authorization to Execute South Water Plant Permissive
Use Agreement with St. John's River Water Management District.
E. Approval and Authorization to Execute Addendum No. 92-9103 to
Agreement with P.E.C. to Prepare Wastewater Facilities Plan for an
Amount not-to-exceed $11,193.
F. Approval and Authorization to Execute Addendum No. 92-02 to
Agreement with P.E.C. to prepare Capacity Analysis Report for
not-to-exceed Amount of $4,806.
