The Resolution allows the City to temporarily fund initial progress payments on related capital projects from existing cash resources in anticipation of receiving the Series 2017 Bond, and stormwater 2017 Note proceeds. Once the additional funding are received, any interim expenditure amounts would be reimbursed to their original sources and charged to the Bond/Note Funds restricted cash account. Issue: Should the City expedite 2017 General and Stormwater Funded projects by funding initial progress payment invoices from existing sources consistent with the Reimbursement Resolution? Recommendations Staff recommends approving the Reimbursement Resolution for Capital Improvements and Stormwater. Attachments: Resolution 2017- Financial Impact: None. All expenditures made in advance of borrowed proceeds are reimbursed.
