WHEREAS, E h e City of Ocoee deeply appreciates and values the work and commitment
of our instructional staff of Orange County, Florida, and worldwide; and
WHEREAS, Ehe vision of Orange County Public Schools is to be the top producer of
successful students in the nation. This is dependent upon classroom
achievement; and
WHEREAS, teachers are the single most important factor in the classroom to help their
students achieve to the best of their ability; and
