CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of
City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of the Commission,
in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent
Agenda and such item will be considered separately.
A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting held November
1, 1994.
B. Approval and Authorization to use forfeiture funds not-to-exceed $4,000 to
purchase ten (10) VHF frequency portable radios with chargers.
C. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to execute Water Service
Agreement and Sewer Service Agreement, both dated June 7, 1994, with Opus
South Corporation.
D. Approval and Authorization for Commissioner Gleason to attend Leadership West
Orange for an amount not-to-exceed $600.
E. Approval and Authorization to declare Kissimmee Avenue Water Storage Tank
Surplus Equipment.
