ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Chairman Phillip Rowe, Members Robert Imes, Frank
Carlsson, Dave Rich, Jim Sills, Madeline Shagner, Attorney Ike
Cool, Code Enforcement Officer Steve Ross, and Deputy Clerk Sherry
Seaver.
ABSENT: Vice Chairman Ray Wood, unexcused
The meeting was called to order at 7 :30 pm in the Ocoee Community
Center. Chairman Rowe led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
and in prayer. Chairman Rowe stated for the record that there was
a quorum present.
APPROVALS
Mr. Imes made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 26, 1992
Code Enforcement Board meeting as printed and distributed. Motion
seconded by Mr. Carlsson and approved unanimously.
COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS

HEARINGS ON STATEMENT OF VIOLATIONS PURSUANT TO NOTICES OF HEARING

Mr. Carlsson made a motion to sign an Order Imposing Fine and Lien
against Curtis Products Co. , Inc. Motion seconded by Ms. Shagner
and approved unanimously.
92-23, Coastline Services
The Board discussed this case. Mr. Carlsson made a motion to reduce
the fine imposed on this case to $0.00 on the opinion of the Code
Enforcement Officer. Motion seconded by Mr. Imes and approved
unanimously.
Memorandum from Attorney Cool - Mr. Carlsson made a motion to adopt
the amended hearing rules dated June 12, 1992 for Rule 1. 16 by
Attorney Cool. Motion seconded by Mr. Imes and approved
unanimously.
Elections
Mr. Carlsson nominated Phillip Rowe for Chairman. Motion seconded
by Mr. Imes. Mr. Sills made a motion to close nominations. Motion
seconded by Mr. Imes. The Board voted with an unanimous vote to
approve Phillip Rowe as Chairman.
Mr. Carlsson nominated Jim Sills for Vice-Chairman. Motion seconded
by Mr. Imes. Mr. Carlsson made a motion to close nominations.
Motion seconded by Mr. Rich. The Board voted with an unanimous vote
to approve Jim Sills as Vice-Chairman.
COMMENTS
City Manager - Not Present
Code Enforcement Officer - He commented that the system was working
and that cases were complying.
Police Department - Not Present
Board Attorney - No Comment
Board Members - Mr. Sills commended Mr. Ross for doing a good job.
Mr. Imes, Mr. Carlsson and Mr. Rich congratulated Mr. Rowe and Mr.
Sills on the elections. Mr. Rowe thanked everyone for attending the
meeting.

ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Imes made a motion to adjourn. Motion seconded by Ms. Shagner
and approved unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 7 :50 pm.
