PRESENT: Chairman Frank Carlsson, Vice Chairman Ed Foley,
Members Mary Ellen Frame, John Linebarier, Joe Marbais and
Gary Carroll, Attorney John Hatcher, Building Official Sam
Gerace, Sergeant William Gailit and Deputy Clerk Susan
Amesbury.
ABSENT: Member Bob Sorenson and Alternate Donald Barker.
Chairman Carlsson called the meeting to order at 7:27 p.m.
Mr. Linebarier led everyone in prayer and Chairman Carlsson
led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
II. BUM ABR ARMY& QE MINTER
Mr. Linebarier moved that the minutes of the May 12, 1986
Code Enforcement Board meeting be adopted as printed and
distributed, seconded by Mr. Foley and motion approved
unanimously.
III.
WHAM= B40BIBN
Building Official Gerace stated that all cases scheduled for
the June 09, 1986 Code Enforcement Board meeting had complied
and that the cases had been dismissed by the City.

ANNUAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Mr. Linebarier moved to open the floor for nominations for
Chairman and Vice Chairman, seconded by Mr. Carroll . Mrs.
Frame nominated Mr. Linebarier for Chairman, seconded by
Chairman Carlsson. Chairman Carlsson closed the nominations
for Chairman and called for a nomination of Vice Chairman.
Mr. Carroll nominated Mr. Carlsson for Vice Chairman,
seconded by Mr. Foley. Mr. Carroll moved that the
nominations be closed and that the nominees be appointed by
acclamation. Motion seconded by Mr. Foley and approved
unanimously.

Sergeant William Gailit introduced himself to the Board and
stated he was present by Chief Brandt's request. He also
stated that he would be attending all future Code Enforcement
Board meetings. Mr. Linebarier excused himself from the next
regularly scheduled meeting as he will be out of town. Mr.
Carlsson acting as Vice Chairman will preside over this
meeting.
