SUBJECT: TERMINATION OF PDR ARCHITECTS, INC.
Concerning the bankruptcy of PDR Architects, Inc . and the City' s
agreement with this architectural firm, the United States
Bankruptcy Court , Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, has
granted the City relief from the automatic stay. This allows the
City to terminate the agreement . By the terms of the agreement
signed October 1 , 1991 , a Notice of Termination must be sent to PDR
Architects , Inc . The attached represents the necessary notice.
Action Requested
The Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the termination
of PDR Architects, Inc . and authorize the Mayor to sign the Notice
of Termination.

Dear Mr. Dorsey:
Pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Agreement entered into on
October 1, 1991, between the City of Ocoee and PDR Architects,
Inc . , the City hereby terminates said Agreement for the City' s
convenience. Invoices for all work performed to date have been
paid in full . All data, drawings, specifications, reports,
estimates, summaries, and such information and materials as may
have been accumulated whether completed or in process by you or
your staff in the course of performing the signed work orders must
be delivered to the City (c/o Montye Beamer) no later than July 1 ,
1992 .
