Subject : BUDGET SCHEDULE
Attached is the schedule for the Fiscal Year 92-93 budget process .
Tentative dates for Commission Budget Workshops are as follows :
Tuesday, August 4 , 1992
Thursday, August 6, 1992
Tuesday, August 11, 1992
Thursday, August 13, 1992
First reading would be scheduled for September 1 , 1992 with second
reading and adoption September 15, 1992 . These dates present no
conflict with the budget public hearings for Orange County or the
Orange County School Board.
Staff is requesting the Mayor and City Commission to discuss this
proposed schedule and set the necessary dates for workshops and
readings . Pursuant to the City Charter a budget shall be submitted
to the City Commission on or before August 1 , 1992 .
