BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION Fairfax Village contains 70 lots on approximately 16 acres. Final Engineering for this village was approved by the City Commission on October 15, 1991. Arvida submitted a vested rights application on October 9, 1992 . The City is still in the process of review of the application. There is a note on the plat which requires the developer to file for concurrency in the event Wesmere does not receive vested rights.
