Minimum Lot Width: 60 Feet Floor Area: 1400 Square Feet Water Service: City of Ocoee Sewer Service: City of Ocoee Average Daily Trips : 260 School Age Population: 16 DISCUSSION: Staff reviewed the Final Subdivision Plans under the new Land Development Code (Green Book) . This project has been vested and is not subject to concurrency review. The Development Review Committee reviewed and unanimously approved the Final Subdivision Plan on December 1 , 1992 . There are no outstanding issues .
