CITY OF OCOEE
MOTIONS TO BE MADE AT PUBLIC HEARING
TO FINALIZE BUDGET AND ADOPT FINAL MILLAGE RATE
September 27, 1993
7 : 00 P.M.
(1) Mayor Announces: This is an advertised public hearing to
finalize the budget and adopt a final millage rate for the
City of Ocoee. The City Commission has previously approved a
tentative millage rate of 4 . 0 mills which represents a 3 . 571%
increase in millage over the rolled-back rate of 3 .8621 mills.
(2) MOTION: Move to amend the tentative budget as follows:
[Indicate nature of amendment. ]
[NOTE: The City Commission should NOT vote on the adoption
of the final budget at this time, but only upon
amendments to the adopted tentative budget, if
any. ]
(3) MOTION: Move to approve Resolution No. 93- 11 setting a
final millage rate of 4 . 0 mills for Fiscal Year
1993-1994 .
(4) MOTION: Move to approve Resolution No. 93- 12 adopting a
final budget for the Fiscal Year opening October 1,
1993 and ending September 30, 1994 .
